Herbal Consultation

Herbal consultations are 1.5 to 2 hour sessions for us to delve deep into your health—covering all body systems including mental/emotional wellness. After initial consultation, I will create custom formulas to support your well-being.

Post Partum Doula Support

Post-partum doula support can look so many ways, from a compassionate listening ear, to light household chores, to teaching infant care and giving feeding support.
